Just so happy that 289 Chinaberry Court, Auburn, AL sold so quick.  Auburn's homes are selling very good this time of year!  I rode around this morning and I only saw a few for sale by owners.  I stopped and asked one of them about their home, you know price, square footage, etc...  You know, she said that it was only 2700 square feet and they wanted $450,000.  Now that is very high, even for Auburn.  I guess the lesson today is price your home right and it will sell quick!  Hope everyone has a great weekend!
